Important Enquiry Information
Please note
- You cannot book a course from this website. If you are trying to book a course, visit https://offer.ndors.org.uk.
- If your query is in relation to the alleged offence or requiring further time to book a course – you must contact the Police who sent you the course offer.
- If your query is in relation to a course you have already booked or access to your course you must contact your Course Provider.
If you are just trying to book a course, ensure you visit https://offer.ndors.org.uk where you will be able to choose either a virtual/online course or a physical/classroom course via any of the course providers (you can also re-book a course here and change personal details). Remember if you book a physical/classroom course you will be required to travel to the course location.
We are not a course provider. If you need to contact your course provider, for instance to re-book a course, enquire about access to your course, ensure you know who your Course Provider is. Who you paid for your course will be your course provider).
Once you know who your course provider is, you can find their contact details in our FAQ Section and just tap on the section ‘Accessing your Course and your Course Provider’. In here you will find full details of how to make contact, what you will need for your course and lots of helpful information. The FAQ section is also useful for any other enquiries you may have such as ID requirements for a course or the cost of a course and contact numbers for all of the course providers.
If you have read the above and still have an enquiry, please continue to the enquiry form. Within the form it will help us to respond to you if you provide sufficient information for us to assist you. Within the ‘what’s your question’ section, please be aware, we are not the course provider or the police so be specific about your enquiry. In most cases we will need to ask you to contact your course provider or the police, but we will endeavour to assist you as much as possible.
