How can I widen my search for a course? If you are unable to find a course using your home address, you can widen your search as follows:
- By zooming out using the Google Map +/- controls
- Scrolling to a new location on the Google Map tool
- Removing your address from the Course Location Search bar, above the map, and entering a new search term (e.g. city or county)
Will my course be online or in a classroom?
Courses are available either online or in a physical classroom (other than SCD, see below).
Physical classroom courses will require you to travel to the course venue/location so you need to book a venue you are able to travel to and from on the day of your course.
Virtual (online) courses can be booked with any course provider as you attend from home/where you access your device.
I have to book the SCD (Safe & Considerate Driving Course), can i do this online? No, the SCD course is in two parts – the first part takes place in a physical classroom and the second part is an on-road/driving element. You must select ‘physical classroom course’ when booking your SCD course.
