For any issues with your password or email address, you can change/update this information yourself with ease.

Password change/update – You can do this at https://offer.ndors.org.uk via using the “Forgot your Password” link and providing the email address you provided during Registration.

Email change/update – You can do this at https://offer.ndors.org.uk  and accessing the system using either your Reference Number & PIN (from your Course Offer letter) or your Reference Number & Driver Number (in the PIN field instead of a PIN) you should be taken to a Dashboard containing 2 options – “My Courses” and “Manage My Details”. Clicking on Manage my Details will allow you to update your email address.
