New funding round from Road Safety Trust
The Road Safety Trust is hosting a free webinar later this month to support road safety professionals and others thinking of applying for its next round of grant funding, which opens on 4 October. There will be two routes to funding in this round.
Small Grants range between £20k and £50k (for projects up to two years) – and Large Grants between £50k and £500k (for projects up to three years). For grants greater than £300K, applicants must get in touch to discuss their proposal first.
Both strands in this round are ‘open’ themed so can be for any road safety topic – and all applications must include plans for monitoring and evaluation.
Applications will be welcomed from public and private organisations, registered charities, university departments and not for profits. Full guidance on the funding round is now available on The Road Safety Trust’s website.
The Trust’s hour-long webinar will be held at 14.00 on Thursday 28 September, and will include a presentation from the grants team, followed by a Q&A session. The webinar is free to attend, but requires attendees to sign up in advance.
The Trust is also offering one-to-one appointments on 3 and 10 October, which can be booked via the Trust’s website.
