UKROEd Assessment Administrator achieves CMI Level 4
Congratulations to UKROEd’s Assessment Administrator Vicky Potter on the award of her CMI Level 4 qualification.
Studying for the award requires many hours of commitment over and above Vicky’s other work tasks, and this has allowed Vicky (left in picture) to develop her knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required in management and leadership by focusing on specific skills areas.
UKROEd Quality Manager Sarah Di Salvo offered encouraging words for Vicky. ” As she has gradually taken on more responsibility in her role since she started full-time with UKROEd in 2017, the CMI Level 4 has helped her to gain more confidence in management approaches,” she said.
“The course has given her underpinning knowledge of organisational culture, team role theory and different leadership styles. Although Vicky has held management roles in the past, this was a great refresher and CPD opportunity and I hope she goes onto further her studies in the future.”
Well done, Vicky!
